Art and Conservation

Bridging the gap between art and science

It is my ambition to make a contribution to threatened fauna and flora. I have recently done a limited series of reprints of two paintings that of the endangered Galapagos tortoise. I feel that this will enable those who also care for these creatures to take them into their homes through my painting. The money that is received from the sales of these very limited reprints, for sale in Galapagos, will go to the support of the conservation efforts of the Galapagos Archipelago.

I have also recently completed a poster of the life history of hornbills. The poster will be on public exhibition in Namibia.
